Sloane Tay is a California native, born and raised in Los Angeles. He attended California State University Los Angeles, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. Sloane then obtained his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law where he graduated with Scholastic Merit as a Deans’ Circle Member. Mr. Tay was also the recipient of The Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Corporate Criminal Liability.

Solomon Chen attended the University of California Irvine where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.  After undergraduate studies, Solomon began working for several major entertainment studios throughout Southern California.  While working full-time, Solomon attended Southwestern University School of Law during the evening to obtain his Juris Doctor degree.

Senior Associate - Los Angeles

Jessica was born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area.  She attended University of Los Angeles, California (Go Bruins!), with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a minor in Political Science. She then spent a year in the Washington D.C. area, working as an assistant for a law firm specializing in capital criminal cases, class action cases, and business litigation, which was her first introduction to law. She moved back to Southern California and went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from University of La Verne, College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Judale Usher was born and raised in Belize Central America and moved to the United States as an adolescent. Mr. Usher attended the University of California Los Angeles where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He has a background in education working as a teacher for Los Angeles Unified School District. After deciding on a legal career, Mr. Usher worked full time as a workers’ compensation research clerk while attending Southwestern Law School in the evenings.

Stephanie Barrios, originally from Pennsylvania, relocated to California to pursue her academic and professional aspirations. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge, followed by her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.  After passing the bar, Stephanie began her legal career in employment law, specializing in issues such as FEHA claims and California Labor Code violations.
