Samantha Garcia
Samantha was born and raised a proud Oregonian who received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a minor in Spanish from the University of Oregon. At age 21, she made her way to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law. By 23, Samantha was admitted to the California State Bar and started her career in Criminal Defense as a Public Defender. She has worked with a multitude of clientele since then.
Since joining Park|Guenthart, Samantha has continuously shown her determination for success with tenacity and strong negotiation skills by obtaining preemptive favorable settlements, often prior to or at depositions.
