Keith Greene

Keith Greene received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California State University, Long Beach. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where he graduated in the top 25% of his class and was admitted to the CA State Bar the following year.

Keith became an attorney because he enjoys the challenges which can be resolved through creative problem solving and negotiation. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2009 Keith has been actively involved in workers’ compensation defense, where he quickly learned the nature of the WCABs, judges, applicant attorneys, and the value of diligent preparation.

Mr. Greene has represented the interests of self-insured employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators. He has successfully handled both case-in-chief and lien trials from inception to resolution with favorable outcomes. Most recently Mr. Greene successfully petitioned for removal after the WCJ ordered further development of the record at trial which permitted Applicant to procure a 4060 med-legal examination report.  Following removal, the matter proceeded to trial which resulted in him obtaining a Take-Nothing.

His expertise in implementing strategies tailored to the individual case have consistently led to expedited file closures and significant savings for his clients. Notably, during a cross-examination, Mr. Greene exposed the QME’s flawed implementation of the DRE Category rating by utilizing analogous hypotheticals within the AME Guides.  The QME admitted that his conclusions are not always reasonable. The cross-examination testimony undermined the QME report, thus providing the necessary leverage he needed to negotiate a nuisance value settlement.

Experience and outcomes like these have allowed Keith to refine his talent at identifying the individual needs of his clients, and proactively pursue the avenues best suited to achieve those goals.  We are pleased to have Keith on our team, as he adds a charismatic dynamic, making him uniquely qualified to resolve claims in a timely and favorable manner to the best interest of our clients.
