Sai is a proud Bay Area native. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles where she was a Transfer Alliance Program Scholar. After graduating from UCLA, she received her Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School in Indiana. During law school, Sai clerked at a commercial litigation firm and the Law Department for the City of South Bend where she gained experience in all levels of litigation. Sai highly values passion, dedication, and persistence in all aspects of work and life.

Prior to joining Roy J. Park & Associates Sai worked at a busy civil litigation firm in San Francisco where she advised attorneys on California Code of Civil Procedure provisions regarding 998 settlement offers and venue inquires, drafted trial briefs related to medical malpractice and negligence, and prepared special witnesses for depositions.

As a worker’s compensation defense attorney, Sai takes a proactive approach in relentlessly pushing cases forward, whether towards settlement or trial. Most recently in 2019 she has been a consistent top contender of the Northern California attorneys, for most settled/closed files per month. Sai believes that aggressive file handling at the onset of a litigated claim paired with effective communication and responsiveness to her client is beneficial to the outcome of a case and invaluable to a client-attorney relationship.

Mrs. Paspulati has represented a wide variety of employers including, but not limited to: staffing agencies, automotive manufacturers, retail stores, fast food restaurants, and large PEOs. In addition, she has successfully defended large insurance carriers, self-insureds, and third-party administers in all phases of workers compensation.

Based in the Bay, Sai is very familiar with the Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, and Santa Rosa venues, judges, and applicant attorneys in the surrounding areas.

Sai’s interests include traveling, searching for the best sushi restaurant in California, and spending time with her family.
