David received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from the University of Georgia. While at University of Georgia, David was placed on the Dean’s List. He then achieved his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law.
While in law school, Mr. Na clerked for a well renown personal injury law firm and volunteered at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. David’s experience in personal injury gained him medical knowledge which has allowed him to quickly and successfully navigate through the many medical issues throughout a claim. When deposing AME/QME physicians, David’s tenacious and effective techniques have helped him change physician’s views and mitigate claim exposure, which has had a direct impact on his clients and their overall cost savings.
At the onset David’s goal is to seek out all potential outcomes of a case, often finding ways to obtain early settlements that lead to case closures that benefit many of our clients looking for early exit strategies on their claims. When necessary, Mr. Na has successfully litigated cases through trial with favorable outcomes.
At Roy J. Park & Associates David has defended employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and municipalities in the greater Los Angeles area. He is familiar with the Labor Codes specific to municipalities, such as, LC 4850 benefits.
Mr. Na is conversationally bilingual in Korean. In his spare time, David likes to play golf, eat, hike, surf, and travel.
